Ask about our military, federal gov't, and multiple property discounts.  Current clients receive discounts when using multiple services.

We stand behind the quality of our services.  Many property management firms will lock you in one year contracts with early termination fees.  But not us!  If you are not satisfied working with us, let us try to fix it, or terminate our contract with just 30 days’ notice!  This 30 days allows us to close things out and ensure proper transfer of account.

If rent is not received as agreed, we do not charge monthly management fee.  There is no monthly "vacancy" fee. 

We do not charge extra fees for lease renewals.
